2 TBS avocado oil
1 white onion chopped
2 TBS minced garlic
1tsp dried oregano
1.5 pounds ground beef (I’m not like super crazy lady about this but use quality meat. As much as you can control not eating shit meat do it)
4 carrots chopped (I wash mine well and then don’t peel them then cut them pretty chunky.)
4 stalks of celery chopped I go thinner on these slices.
1 medium head of cabbage chopped
4 cups of quality beef or beef bone broth
28oz can fire roasted diced tomatoes
Add avocado oil to instant pot and turn it on to sauté. Add onion and garlic. Cook for 5 minutes stirring so it doesn’t burn. Add ground beef, salt, pepper and oregano cook until meat browns.about another 5 minutes. Add carrots and celery cooking until softened. Turn off the pot add the cabbage, broth, and tomatoes. Stir together. Lock down the instant pot and cook on manual for 15 minutes. Once timed cooking is done release pressure naturally through the vent cap. Add more salt and pepper to taste if needed. Serve hot.
